Learning to work together, building an inclusive community

At Right to Work we believe everyone can work. Our vision is for a world where young adults of all abilities
are valued and empowered to experience employment success and genuine inclusion.

We provide opportunities for you to:

  • Explore and identify your strengths, interests and employment support needs
  • Continue to learn and develop your employability skills
  • Find a pathway to meaningful employment that best suits you.

Our programs are embedded in the Goulburn community and offer:

  • Project-based learning activities that contribute to the Goulburn community
  • Supported work placements with local employers
  • Training and support for microenterprise located in Goulburn’s CBD

Our team of Learning Assistants are trained to:

  • Place you at the centre of decision making
  • Provide just the right level of support so that you can continue to build your independence
  • Create the optimal learning environment that meets your individual learning, sensory and personal care needs

By embedding our learning programs in the community,

we help young adults with disability

BE SEEN & VALUED

for their strengths and abilities, and

CHANGE EXPECTATIONS

of business owners, employers and customers

Here’s what’s happening at Right to Work...

Right to Work acknowledges Aboriginal people as the traditional custodians of the land where we live and work. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
